Morning Mist in 10 languages
I walk through a park to get to work in the mornings, which is amazing and much better than the commute I used to do (three different trains!).
One thing I really like, particularly in Spring and Autumn is the early morning mist which usually disperses as the day heats up.
Recently, the Japanese idea of shinrinyoku (literally ‘forest bathing’) has become more popular in the U.K., with more people starting to believe the idea that it is important to get some time in nature or greenery into your day. I don’t know about anyone else, but even five minutes walking in the park is enough to decrease my stress levels and increase my positivity a lot!
